Founded in 2018, the Selati Wilderness Foundation NPC (SWF) was established to support and strengthen conservation efforts within the Selati Game Reserve and its surrounding areas. Committed to preserving this unique ecosystem for future generations, we focus on ethical conservation, wildlife monitoring, and the protection of endangered species. In 2023, we launched an innovative initiative to deepen our understanding of the Verreaux’s Eagles residing within Selati Game Reserve. Using cutting-edge live-streaming technology, we provided an unprecedented glimpse into the breeding behaviours of a resident pair—offering invaluable insights into their lives while fostering greater appreciation for their role in the wild.
